Return & Refund Policy

The provision of goods and services by LTC AIRCONDITIONING is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, LTC Air will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.

Our aircon products cover a 5-year warranty provided that the unit is installed by us or installation company authorised manufacturer, the unit is serviced as per the warranty card guidelines; and the customer registers their product by email client information warranties@ltcairconditioning.co.za.
